Awhile back I was having some problems with my PC. I purchased this product from PC Tools for $39.95 because it seemed to do what I needed. After purchasing and installing the product it did not do any of what it claimed to do. Now many months later I get an invoice from PC Tools informing me of a subscription renewal. This was never disclosed to me and I was informed of the transaction AFTER the money was taken from my account. No legit company takes your money without at least a 5 day warning that they will be doing so. Being that I wasn't aware of this there was not enough funds in that account to cover it so now I'm hit with an overdraft charge from my bank. I contacted PC Tools and it took them at least 4 days to respond and all I got was "we need more info to continue helping you" I have contacted the BBB on the matter. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM PC TOOLS IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM!
