Automatic renewal service caused a double charged when I renewed on my own. Had to wait 2 weeks and call 6 times, talk to 2 people and the name given on Better Business Bureau before I got any refund. Service is poor. This was in Nov 2010. BBB rating A +. Now I'm having technical difficulties. Spyware Doctor has taken to "banning" sites I frequent on a daily basis. The normal means of rectifying this does nothing. I tried to go to customer suppoert on their website. Surprize! Their website is banned and I can get no information about how to resolve this issue. Phones go unanswered (after being on hold 30 minutes) Run from this compnay, don't walk.
