I purchased a copy of pc tools registry mechanic and downloaded software, when I tried to register using the license code I was given at the time of purchase the code was shown as not valid. After looking online I saw that it was a possible scam and registered this complaint. Also the phone support number that was given just had a recording on it that said all agents were busy with other customers. The phone number is 1-800-764-5783.
