I purchased an online bit of software called PCTV which according to many online reviews was highly successful and ranked. I downloaded the software only to fnd that it did not work and never would because of incompatibility issues which were not outlined anywhere in the website offer. I contacted PCTV support, got a form letter with no helpful info and then contacted MB Contact.com. I received a response indicating that my credit card would be refunded the 17.55 NZD but more than a month later this has not happened.
