I bought this expensive phone about mid march 2007. It cost around $300 and I tried to contact them many times and the telephone number was fake and the sent back the same responses to my emails that were no help. when I confirmed that my payment was received, it said there was insurance added on but there never really was and I tried to get my money back and they said I had to file an insurance claim. But with no insurance on the product I couldnt do the claim. At the post office they told me that they couldnt help me because of no insurance and that it was between me and the seller. I have tried everything to contact them and the have not responded to me in a couple of months so I just stopped trying until now. I need to know what I need to do to get my money back. I am willing to take legal actions if neccasary.
