I purchased product online and was sent email with download site information. Neither websites were active and downloads did not take place. I did call the telephone number given out on their website and contacted customer service. They agreed to cancel my online purchased and refund my purchase. I can only hope that they follow through with their promise. Also I'll be keeping track of the billing to that credit card for possible scams. Since I read so many negative things about the download site, I thought I should make a complaint against them. Something fishy about the whole thing.
