No Service Representatives responded to a request to stop 2 week trial period of Hootia Fusion. After reading tour complaints regarding this company I realized my only recourse was to CANCEL my credit card, my credit card company confirmed the $4.87 amount from Hootia Fusion fortunately I was able to prevent further charges, closed my account and will issue me a new card. LESSON LEARNED. Thank you all for submitting your experiences with this company, I realize how frustrating this experience has been for everyone involved.
