I strongly urge anyone who has a problem with this company to file a complaint with the Oklahoma City BBB (it takes 5 minutes) www.oklahomacity.bbb.org and to hold the package you get in the mail and pursue the issue with the postal service in your area. This company has had over 200 complaints in the last 36 months. The Oklahoma City BBB is investigating but they suggested that the postal service may also be able to apply some pressure on the investigation since this company is using the mail to distribute their products.

Does anyone remember anything on the packaging or anywhere else that indicated, "additional products would be mailed and billed to your credit card?" I did not save the small card that the sample product was distributed on.
