Purchased Coach Handbag from Peachdirect. It was the Coach Hamptons Signature Medium Carryall. The price was $285.00 which is the same price as going into a Coach store or Major Dept. store.
After taking handbag into a Coach store I was told that it was not an authentic Coach handbag. The manager as well as sales associates pointed out reasons why it was not authentic. They assumed that I purchased it off the street from a
vendor who sells knock off handbags. I informed them that I purchased it from PeachDirect at a cost of $285.00. I called PeachDirect Customer Service who claims that they will get back to me within 48 hrs. about the complaint. They claim that the product ships directly from the manufacturer, Coach. So what is it? Is Coach scamming or Peachdirect.
