I attempted to make payment 07/01/2009 via Money Gram at a local Wal-Mart store. The clerk stated to me the information could not be verified. I attempted to contact Peak 5 which number had been disconnected. I tried to google web site and page could not be displayed. But upon my googling I found this web site here and see that Peak 5 has went out of business...Today I contacted APS and STT and both companies credit unions and our auto loan account can not be located at all (on the phone from 9 am til 3 pm this afternoon) Neither company has any record of the account and each company has credit unions and neither one of those credit unions has the accounts either. Sooooooo, if anyone has any info or help please email us at [email protected]. It seems that we all have had difficulties with all of these companies, does anyone think we might have a class action suit to remove any negative items of such off our credit histories. P.S. Peak 5 was on our credit report but all the sudden poof! gone!
