I wanted to complain about the fact that I spent 800.00 on a Dolce and Gabbanna frame that broke after 4months. They wanted to charge me 50% to replace what was obviously a defect. They broke down and replaced the frame with a display model. Then a few months later I called them to inquire about my scratch protection as my lenses are scratched up. They said they could replace the lenses at 50% off. I always buy my glasses there and by the time I get them paid off it is time for a new pair. I always go back because the sales girl that helps me is very nice and knows the latest fashion. However I am disappointed about that fact that they are most attentive when you are buying but when there is a problem they want to basically get another wad a cash out of you. Unfortunately I will not go back.
