Peerless Group, Inc. was highly recommended by Pacific Sales, where we bought our dishwasher. When Peerless Group's installers showed up, they were rude and disrespectful. They took out our old dishwasher and tried to install the new one. Then, we have a problem, they claimed. They said that an electric box is on their way and need to take it out, they want to charge $125 to remove the electric box and leave a hole in my kitchen island. I didn't agree. So, they will install the new one and it will stick out and it's pure cosmetic. I asked about returning the product, they cannot answer my question. After the installation, new dishwasher is sticking out 2.5 inches and pinching on the water hose. Very poor execution! I can't believe that Pacific Sales, who sells high-end appliances highly recommends incompetent and rude installers like this!
