I am a passanger, flight from barcelona 2 sept 2009 via frankfurt, singapore to jakarta. after arrival in jakarta, my bagage not found and from JAS in cengkareng, inform that my bagage still in barcelona, and will be send by same flight in the next day. I have received it on 6 sept in makassar, but with broken key and too late arrival in my adress. How are your compensation from airlines?
