I waited for shipment; it never came. I requested a refund. After 1 month, refund has yet to be received. NEVER ORDER from PenguinsExpress.com. [OK. None give satisfaction. On-line support is never up and running; phone support gets you disconnected; and e-mail support from the acctg dept yields no replies.]
