We ordered a Carlson Mini Controller with Bluetooth and SurvCE Complete Software as advertizes on the surveyorsmart web site.
They confirmed the order, and we paid the full amount.
When we received the equipment, we found that Surveyorsmart had supplied the correct equipment, but the incorrecet and cheaper software.
We tried getting them to correct this but they refused, and they also refuse to refund the amount paid
