Had this contractor put in a stamped concrete patio. After concrete was poured they then sealed it, the owner sent one of his men to do some work on our patio, this worker drug a piece of equipment off of the edge and broke a big piece off of the stamped concrete. We contacted owner after it happened in early fall, he said he would fix it the following spring because he had to come back for our final seal at that time anyway. Spring came and went. After numerous unanswered calls I decided to file a complaint and make sure no other consumer would be ripped off by this company. We are still owed a seal and they have to fix the broken concrete.
