I'm a busy mother of two and just like everything else I do made an appoitment with PEPBOYS to get an Computerized Wheel Alignment.They said will take one hour to maybe an hour and thirty minutes, after the promised time I went back to pick up my car and guess WHAT?, they haven't start working on it.Bad customer and communication skills, they could at list call and say they are backed up and busy.They should not waste our time like that!
