Check in too over 3 hours. The rooms were dirty, never cleaned, towels looked & felt like car towels, fumes from paint, glue & who knows. Dresser drwers were lined with saw dust & smelt of paint fumes & your clothes were immediatley covered in dust & smelt like paint. Received a refrigerator that was reserved 2 weeks prior to arrival, after waiting 4 hours for it, it looked like it fell of the back of a truck. Dirty, dented, scratched, door was bent & no front legs. Had to make our own bed at 1:30 am house keeping just smoothed up the covers & never made it & forget about clean sheets. Complained while there, called to complain when we got home & emailed all without response. Their players club is a joke & rip off they refuse to tell you waht points and or comps you have accumulated. They say they are a resort yet they do not have a pool.
