I ordered over the phone in response to a TV ad their Perfect Fit replacement button product. The recorded operator continually offered me upgrades and additional products. I responded "NO" to each offer. I eventually hung up because there was no end to the offers. When the button product came they had doubled the order and sent two "Shoes Under" products which I didn't want or agree to. They charged my credit card $40. I called the company and the agreed to take $10. off which left me still paying for a bunch of crap I didn't want or order.
