I ordered Perfect Secret Skin Care this past summer. I called the company back in early this past Fall and asked the Customer Service rep if I could please push out my next order till this coming February due to trying to save my home from foreclosure.

They said Yes they could do that for it stated in their program you could schedule your shipments. I checked my account this past week to see if I had enough for the Vet for my cat had an infection from a bit, when I saw they had taken funds from my account after they had agreed to wait till February??

I called them and they totally denied ever agreeing to that saying they could not hold shipments that long. I canceled my account asking how to I get my money back. They told me just mail it back with a Tracking Number, call them with that number and they will immediate refund my money. So today I did just that when I found the shipment in my mailbox. When I called them to tell them the Tracking Number they began to give me yet another excuse that the Tracking number had to be in the system before they would honor a refund. I told that No One Told me that was a stipulation, never did they say that to me. I am so upset to be lied to so many times by this company I just wanted others to know how they really operate.
