We bought the vehicle after being told it was still under factory warranty After 3 months the transmission went out It only had 52, 000 miles on it We called the dealership they give us the runaround and wont call us back! We find out later it is NOT under any kind of warranty! Also..we have had this truck for 6 months we still have not received a registration or license plate We can not legally drive this vehicle so we withheld a payment to the finance company they are not sympathetic at all all they do is call us several times a day calling us names.. threatening to have us arrested ...threatening to repo the truck I think the car dealer should have to pay the finace company! not us! We dont know what to do...we certainly can not pay $400 a month truck note, plus fix the transmission...especially since we cant even legally drive it!!
