No authorization to withdraw from acct.
I like everyone else was mis-informed we thought we were getting a trial product and they began withdrawing from my acct without authorization. When you try and get a hold of the company the phone # is not any good. They withdrew $ 79.95 twice from my acct. We have to do something about this!!

acai
79.95 was removed from my acct. I did not authorize transaction. The way I forun out was I had return check fees. When i called the bank I was given a phone number. I called it and a recording said more than 30 min wait, now it just rings. I have not received my money back. I sent an e-mail to cancel an acct I never knew I had and received an automated response but still no money

Scam charges
Ordered a trial sample which said it was free only pay for shipping which was 4.95. My bank account has since been plundered for almost $300 for this product which I never would have reordered because it does nothing it advertises which is losing weight. I have tried to get in touch with said company to no avail. I will not have to go to bank and put a block on this company or if they don't allow me to, I will have to cancel my checking acct. This product is being sold with Oprah's endorsement. I would like to know if she knows what this company is doing in her name.

Unauthorized billing
Performance Health USA is a real scam. I ordered a trail of the Acai Berry diet pills for the cost only for the shipping and handling of $4.95. A week later may bank account was charged $47.50 without my permission and for a product that I did not order.
I called the number 888-289-8740 and only got a recording to go the the website. When you go the the website www.gohelpnow.com you still can not get any help. I have tried now for two weeks to get in touch with this company. Still no luck.

I ordered a sample of acai berry supplements and then was charged $74.76 for other supplements that were never ordered.
I ordered a sample of acai berry supplements on 8/9/08 (order number MT082240101000010942805 and i received them. later, my credit card was charged (8/19/08) for a regular order of acai pills, order number on mt credit card was MT0823401000010266371 that i did not order. the charge for the sample supplements was 4.87 and the regular order was $74.76. i need the charge ($74.76) to be taken off my credit card. there was no order form in the sample package and i did not pay attention to the address. now, i wish i would of not thrown the package away.

Credit card rip-off
Same song, second verse, I sent for trial sample of Acaiberry capsules, for which I was to pay $4.87. I was sent a second bottle, that I did not authorize and was charged $74.76 on my credit card.
Can't we start a class action suit against these people? Or at least tar and feather them and run them out on a rail?
My credit card company and the Better Business Bureau are getting a letters about this matter.

Can not contact company
I have been trying to contact this company to cancel this subscription for ACAI berry supplement. No matter when I call, I get a recording that says my wait time will be 45 minutes and then they give a bogus website and I am disconnected. How do I cancel this and stop the charges to my credit card?
