Established in 1998, Performance Jiu-Jitsu & Self Defense Academy is the first true Gracie jiu-jitsu training facility offering the world’s most effective martial arts fighting techniques in a single class in Fair Lawn and Bergen County, NJ. We teach jiu-jitsu programs and self-defense classes for all ages. All Fair Lawn and Bergen County, NJ jiu jitsu classes are taught by a 4th Degree Gracie Black Belt instructor specializing in beginners to advanced students. In the White Belt beginner classes, new students only drill the techniques until they’re comfortable. They are paired with more experienced students to help them along.
