I want to cancel my Norton and I have been trying since June to contact someone at Norton. I am unable to get through, e-mail does not work, their new password does not work, and I am not going to pay for more. I have moved and I will not have money in the old account so if they charge and I get billed I will have to take steps to legally fix the problem. I am seeing that I am not the only person who can not get in touch with Norton...

For such a big company, the customer service...how can I put this politely...STINKS.
