ordered personalized paper napkins, and personalized ribbon...reviewed color chart on order form and went by what it showed. When I received product, the napkins were the correct color (purple), but the ribbon was lavender, instead of purple. I did not expect the colors to be an exact match, but the ribbon should have at least been purple as described. The customer service team(I use that term loosely) gave me the run-a-round...can't return it, it's personalized, would give me a 10% discount...at the end I finally told them point blank that the only thing that would satisfy me was for them to reprint the ribbon and send it to me at their expense, as it was their fault. Was asked to send a picture. I took one (the best my camera would do). They then proceeded to inform me that the ribbon was indeed purple, not lavender, and I should have looked at the picture before ordering (note: on my order that was sent to me, the ribbon IS ordered as purple)...and there was nothing more they could do for me.
