I ordered the "Ballerina Gift Basket" for the birth of my niece. I immediately received an order confirmation email stating I was to be charged $96.72 and shipping would be 3 days. The order was placed on 24 October 10. I was immediately charged the day after on 25 October 10 for the amount above. Since, I have attempted to contact them by email twice and by phone 3 times. I have received no response of sign of life. My niece's parents have been home to receive a package every day since the birth back on 23 October and have not received anything. I have also not received any shipping confirmation email anyway. I can email all appropriate documents and I want my money back. It is a large sum to be taken away from me and being in the military overseas we do not make enough money to just throw away $100.00. PLEASE help me get it back.
