i went to walmart to try and cash my irs federal refund check and they denied me and gave me a slip of paper to call certegy and i got this automated deal telling me that there were no derogatory reason why i was denied that had nothing to do with my identity that i had no profile history ! i was so mad that they could not cash this check thinking i need to go back to where i got my check at ... however it was not them and i called irs and it wasnt no fault of them ... so i called certegy back again and the representative told me that there were no funds in my account ... hello this wasnt my account .. this is an irs refund check!
