Pest-Ex conducted a pre purchase inspection for us two years ago and lucky they did, their thorough search found evidence of termites which was resolved prior to purchase.

Two years later the team came back through to top up the chemical barrier around the perimeter. The team are professional, prompt and left the place cleaner than it was when they arrived.
