In May of 2010 I requested some information regarding a sick dog. I don't have an animal but was checking for a friend. I have been sent a statement each month for $10.00 ever since. I don't know where to go to stop this billing as I have no further use for the information.

I'm not sure of the company name and would like to mget this matter settled.
