I work as a pet groomer and there are times when a customers pet is to matted to give the cut they have ask for so i do the best i can to get the pet groomed that day for the customer looking back in its history for other apts to see if the pet has been in this matted shape befor and what did i do then and where there notes to let owner know why this clip had to be done trying to cover all the bases for the pet and owener then the oner comes gets the pet takes home to wife and family and they say they dont like the cut calls my work place and demans they want there money back i work by commission, my boss gives all payment back and i dont get payed for the time i spent on the pet or sometimes pets and that income lost to me the co. i know rights it off at the end of the year as a loss is this legal not to pay me for the serice i did when i fell the pets care at home is out of my hands thank you robin
