I purchased defective replacement batteries for my invisible fence, which I ordered online from www.petsafe-warehouse.com. After spending $41.97 for four batteries, two of which I found to be defective, I had my invisible fence system checked for problems. The only problem discovered involved the defective batteries. That determination cost me $80.00 for a home visit, but I was also provided batteries that worked for an additional fee.

When I asked for my money back from Petsafe, they refused because the battery provider they used was some other corporate agent of theirs. (Despite using www.petsafe-warehouse.com, the invoice was from Online Super Store LLP.)

Petsafe offered to replace the batteries, but I refused because I had already replaced the defective batteries for the safety of my dog.

I will not do business with them again. The net effect of their business structure results in limiting their responsibility for their product.
