I ordered a sewing machine (Pfaff Coverlock 3.00) from an internet shop www.sewingmachines.co.uk and paid the invoice on time. The package was delivered on 9.02.2010. The problem is that the package did not include one item and namely Pfaff Overlocker Elastic Foot. It was written on the delivery note that this item will be delivered later. Till this time (20.03.2010), however, the item has not been delivered and what is even worse I did not get any information about the term of delivery. I wrote many times to the e-mail [email protected] but did not receive any clear reply about when I will get the missing item.
