I ordered a PFAFF Mega Hoop on Sun July 13, 2008. I paid $139.99 plus shipping through PayPal--of course the amount was immediately deducted from my account. I have tried numerous times to email 2 different email address [email protected] and [email protected]. I also called the toll free number. No answer-nothing. I also filed a claim through PayPal. PayPal advised me they had ruled in my favor, but the was no money in the account. I am out $144.24 and no merchandise.
