I would be very grateful if you could assist me with my complaint. I have ordered 150 Viagra pills of 400mg strength from the above company. The order was confirmed by 'Alexander' of the above company on the 7th of December as follows:
"Your order X49-468270 is for:1 pack of Viagra 12 pills x 100 mg - $0.01 pack of Viagra Plus 30 pills x 400 mg - $96.21 pack of Viagra Plus 120 pills x 400 mg - $267.12Delivery (AirMail) - $4.95Total: $368.27"
This order was delivered just after Christmas, however the pills are ONLY 25mg ! This is 16 times less than the 400mg per pill. Now I am unable to contact them at the phone #'s they provided as follows:
"If you wish to contact our support, please, keep your order ID X49-468270 in your message or in its subject and you may always call us at:1 (210) 787 17111 (800) 383 7433".
I phoned three times on the 5th and agin three times today the 7th. I have also communicated by e-mail on the 5th clearly stating the problem and I am still awaiting a response to the e-mail.
In the order form they stated that cancelling of the credit transfer after placing the order would constitute fraud and be subject to prosecution. HOWEVER, the "deliberate?" supply of a lessor product is as far as I am concerned an even more severe act of fraud.
I am sure you will understand my predicament, firstly as I cannot afford to waste $368.27 in this manner and secondly because it is not possible to physically visit their offices in an effort to rectify the problem as I am in the RSA.
Again, your kind assistance will be much appreciated to help remedy this issue.
