I ordered pizza from PHD on the 21 of may 2011.I was pleased to find the pizza arriving early than usual.Later, i was just disgusted but the looks of the pizza.Which can only describe it to be 'tumors on a pizza'.I called for a replacement.The guy on the phone told me to that his manager would call me.After sometime(40 minutes), no respond, no one called.So what can i do ? I called PHD again, and another person told me that the manager was busy and would called me back immediately.Whoa was i disappointed.The manager did not call me back.What kind of service is this? I was truly disappointed.Maybe after 1 hour after i called then the manager finally managed to call me and said that she needed proof .So i told her send me a new pizza and take the one that looks utterly disgusting as proof.My eatable pizza came two hours later after i reported my case.If not for the side order i would have died from hunger.As a loyal fan i am truly disappointed and might not choose PHD again.
