Whether celebrity teeth whitener or phelure cologne - this company will take money from your debit or credit card through their "VIP" auto-ship program, even if you DO follow their cancellation procedures. They will report that your cancellation was not received, yadda, yadda, yadda. They also state that they will refund your purchase price (courrier/tracked shipping at your own expense) within 15 days of receiving the product in return and "processing through their warehouse" (which is an indeterminate amount of time).
Their customer service reps at 1-866-976-9349 are very hostile, aggressive and rude (I imagine people who must enjoy that sort of thing, as they'll 'attack' and berate before listening to what you have to say. As for "refunds"... have yet to receive one.
Dishonest business with dishonest business practices. AVOID!!! Or spend a lot of time and grief with them, your bank or credit card company and, even then, it's only a shot in the dark that you'll ever see your money again.
