I got charged $5.95 for a free trail bottle and called to cancel. When I got my statement from my bank account I have been charged the $5.95 one the 13 day of November plus another $78.84 on the second day of December 2008. I complained and got the $78.84 put back into my account and the very next statement had another charge of $79.83 and I had already canceled my card and that still came up. I called numerous times and still haven't got my $79.83 refunded and the last time I called was on 2-3-09 at which time I was promised a full refund with no problem. I tried to call today and couldn't get a hold of any one at all. I have had it with this company. They are thieves plan and simple. I will have my money or I will head one of the largest lawsuits ever launched.
