Philhosting is an UNRELIABLE and ABUSIVE hosting company. Their management team condone rude service and verbally abusive, covert and unprofessional behavior of their support team. Their Terms of Service is one sided and an evidence in itself. This company should be investigated for unethical business practice. They give out covert notices that entail technical changes holding their non-technical clients hostage and demand unreasonable compliance. The company is insensitive to their client's needs and are totally careless. They also dupe their clients into purchasing an affordable package only to make additional changes at the expense of the client. They do not give adequate support to changes made by Philhosting. Their staff are allowed to verbally abuse their clients, utterly arrogant, as well as provoke and challenge them to take matters to court. In the Philippines, our justice system is unreliable and very expensive. Philhosting take advantage of this and is abusive of this privilege. There is currently no government watch dog that can reprimand or regulate this abusive behavior especially in the e-commerce industry. Please warn everyone to steer clear from this company as they are very unreliable with no feedback mechanism to keep their business practices in check. They can't be trusted. If you check out their website, there are no names, and no person that can be held accountable. Their support team do not give out their identity as well. Their management team condone this and ask for the full name of their manager or person-in-charge, there is none. You are dealing with a ghost. This company is bogus. This company can't be held accountable for any abuse because of their one sided TOS and our government in the Philippines is helpless to do anything.
