Employees of the PPA Manila North Harbor are lazy, some are just there in the office for display. They lack know how ( not even qualified) and some are there for many years without dedication to their work. They should lay off frequent absentees and lazy employees. We who work our heads off everyday deserve every tax money we pay to the government.
