I bought Philips DVD 3046 chassis no 5889 from /vijay sales opera house branch on 01.01.2007 for rs.3490. It has been not been functioning from the beginning despite repeated attempts by customer care. Recently I signed Annual Maintenance Contract 45493 on 14.09.2007 and paid rs 450 to Super A services Santacruz. The service center does not show up despite daily calls and their assurances. The last complaint no is 37749.The person recording the complaint is Ms. Gayatri who assures that one Mr. Prakash will attend to the complaint. He never shows up and the next day we are told that he came and no one was home- we have left our telephone nos and have had no response.
