I received a promotional letter from Philip Rohms in October about a government program that assisted senior citizens. You were to make from $2500 to $4200 for assisting seniors with this program. He charged $35 and said he would send you the instructional material for this program. I sent him the $35 and he cashed my check but he never sent me the material. ..
