I am waiting for the last 2 months for Philips service dept to rectify my 21 inch TV which has been lying in the cold storage for want of a part. We stay in Bangalore and the service dept of the company at Ulsoor tel no 41326191 have been telling that the part is expected any day and it is nearly 2 months now. CAN SOMEONE PLS HELP IN GETTING RID OF MY TV SO THAT I CAN AT LEAST NOT SEE THE FACE OF PHILIPS IN MY HOUSE...
