We bought a Sonicare electric toothbrush from Phillips Oral Healthcare, Inc., 35301 SE Center St, Snoqualmie, WA 98065; we were promised a rebate and coupons, for which we submitted the required documentation but never received; recently it broke while still in warranty; we e-mailed both the above office and Phillips home office but received no reply.
