Hi bought a car about 20 months ago that was a year old firstly they said they had taken all my deposit money three months later they phone me looking for the deposit said they forgot so checked the bank no money taken so pay them . now a need two tyres for my car go to boot for locking key and find out that its the wrong key so back to garage tell them whats happened thinking they would sort but no its my fault for not haven a puncture and not finding out sooner and they wont replace it but as a good will gesture they will remove them for me and fit non locking ones so in the end up a pay £41 for new ones as dont wont my wheels stolen.
