I want everyone to know that AT&T signed me up for internet service without my consent, then I call them to have it cancelled and they would not cancel it, I called them about five times to make sure they cancelled and every time I called they said they never knew I had cancelled, I even had them hang up on me, and refusing to cancel my service, also they charged me for a modem that I never ordered and refused to give me an address to ship it back, they have billed me for the cost of the modem and when I ask for an address to ship the modem back they say they don't have an address and even laugh about it, over the phone, I had been a customer of at&t for many years but now after they signed me up for internet without permission and disconnected my NetZero service, I have cancelled my telephone service and will call in a couple of days to make sure it was done, If they did not cancel I will update the status of my absolute dissatisfaction with at&t and new customers should be ware.
