Was routed to this site and for $1.00 they would provide information...no results. Entered information to be credited back $1.00 and have been charged $2.00 plus an $18.95 monthly fee that they said I authorized. I didn't even know what their service was! Had to ask twice and was told that it is a reverse directory lookup service. I said that there is no way I would pay for that when there is a free service available. When I became angrier, the girl said she could refund 50%...I said "b...sh.t!" She agreed to refund the full amount of $18.95 to my account but it would take 8-10 business days. Because the $1.00 charge was paid by my debit card, I have no way to stop the $18.95 from being processed. I have to wait, and hope that they refund my money and not charge me again.
