I have been trying to locate a person for court. I fount this site that states 100% gaurantee. Well, I paid $1.00 to get a address that the person hadn't lived there since May 2005 and then I paid another $4.95 to get a address that the same person hadn't lived there since 1990. Then notifying them of this they tell me that they can refund the $1.00 but not the $4.95 for the address that was 20 years old. I told them I was notifying my bank, then they want to give me 50% back. I said no, then they are refunding all of my money within 6-10 business days but when I get the refund receipt it states 2 weeks. You will find the attachments of our chat along with the receipt which you see no mention of how much my refund will be.
