I've purchased the sound card Phonic Firefly 302 and ever since I've tried to manage connecting it to my computer.

Sometimes it would work just fine, sometimes it wouldn't, the problem is most likely the really poor quality driver software that seems to be doing a really bad job managing the hardware..

I've tried to connect the Modem on Windows XP, Vista, and I'm on 7 now and it's all the same - not working at all or working just for a little while, I'm really frustrated to see that there's absolutely no help or support to get from the company online (have sent a lot of emails to them over a period of more than a year).
