I think the service provided by the Photo Video Network in New Jersey was horrible. The photographer and videographer were fine. However the sales people that I have had to interact with-especially Bruce-have been rude and unprofessional. This Bruce yells at you if you call to ask questions! I was so disgusted that even though I was considering expanding my order, I refused because I felt that they did not deserve my money! I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. All the other complaints about them as far as all their tricks I also think is true. They do not care one bit about the customers. They make it clear that their only consideration is getting money from you even though they are the rudest and nastiest sales people I've ever interacted with.
