I went to the my local CVS trying to make copies of some photos.
Then girl that tried to assist me, though kind, copied incorrectly.
I told her I wanted the 4 photos I had put onto one sheet.
She took one photo and hit for 4copies of that one photo.
Then when we finally got a preview of what and how I wanted it
the machine totally messed up two of the pics on the page.
I asked if I could take two of the photos from first page and the
two photos that were okay from the other page and make that
my one page. No they are considered damaged if I can't take the
pages individually as they came out!!! Hello!!customer service.
I don't think my request was too difficult as I'm only gettint the four
pics I wanted, but they acted like I was trying to get away with something.
I am a very patient individual but the level of incompetency by two store employees
was too much for me to bear...Was I asking for too much..I couldn't wait for the girl
to try again because I have chronic back problems. I left out of that store very
upset and disappointed!!
